Discovery Process

At Marketing Adrenaline, we want to understand all aspects of your business in order to make intelligent, effective marketing decisions to help your company grow. To accomplish this, we employ a discovery process where we meet with key management to discuss your corporate structure, operations, personnel, distribution channels, sales force, target markets, buying influences, strengths, weaknesses, etc. This three-to-four hour session results in a very productive exchange of information.

Drawing on the results, we produce a Marketing Action Plan (MAP) that includes a company overview, target market analysis, competitive review, brand positioning, SWOT analysis, and a detailed description of all marketing tactics including estimates and timelines. An Excel spread sheet provides a complete overview of all activities communicating a comprehensive plan for the upcoming year.
