To accomplish this, we utilize a discovery process where we meet with key management to discuss your corporate structure, operations, personnel, distribution channels, sales force, target markets, buying influences, strengths, weaknesses, etc. This is three-to-four hour session results in a very productive exchange of information.
Drawing on the results of the discovery process, we produce a Marketing Action Plan (MAP) that includes a company overview, target market analysis, competitive review, brand positioning, SWOT analysis, and a detailed description of all marketing tactics including estimates and timelines. This information is summarized in an Excel spread sheet providing a complete overview of all activities succinctly communicating a comprehensive plan for the upcoming year.
